Jonathan Blake Sims

I got the honor of meeting Blake on a poetry open mic live. He is always very inspiring and positive. He loves to join lives just to show support. Blake's High Thoughts is his TikTok name. He has provided community service, Veterans support, supporting mental health awareness and is a retired Veteran. 

After retiring Blake decided to channel his experiences into poetry. He is very humble and honored to share his words with the world in efforts of making a difference, which he already has. He impacts the lives of all those around him in such a positive way. I love the inspiration in his words where he States " If you're struggling, know that you're not alone. We're all in this together, and our words have the power to heal, to hurt, or to change the world. Blake is determined to change the world for the better as he advocates for mental health awareness and Veterans.
